Matthew was born in Augusta, GA, but his family moved to Saint Augustine when he was young to accommodate his deaf brother. He has lived in different areas of Florida for over 20 years. Shortly after college, Matthew entered into real estate due to the influence of his oldest brother, a real estate attorney. He moved to Saint Petersburg several years ago with the intentions of learning more about the industry from him. It was there that Matthew met his wife, who now live together in Dunedin.

 

Matthew currently represents buyers and sellers in Pinellas & Tampa, but is licensed to serve all of Florida. With strong experience in construction, sales, and investing, Matthew offers clients unique guidance throughout the buying and selling processes. His straightforward communication style instills confidence and speaks to his honesty and professionalism. 

Growing up the youngest of six kids taught Matthew patience, perseverance, and dedication. Today he translates those skills into helping his clients manage expectations and execute their strategies efficiently and effectively.
